Business Development Manager - Germany

To strengthen its European team, we are seeking a goal-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will further develop the German market and establish long-term customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the customer base in Germany through strategic business development and relationship management
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, electronics, and pharmaceuticals
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximise satisfaction and revenue potential
- Prepare and conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Attend relevant trade fairs, exhibitions, and internal sales meetings in the UK and Europe
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Your Profile
- At least 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical or industrial sectors
- Proven record of achieving growth and acquiring new business
- Fluent in German with strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a structured and results-driven work approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally abroad
